We are a small but active & friendly club with regular socials and a relaxed attitude. We're ideally situated in South Wales (being an area with some of the longest UK caves) and just across the Bristol Channel from the Mendip hills, we run regular trips throughout the year to various locations in the UK and in the summer we go to Austria where we are exploring the Dachstein region. We can provide all necessary equipment and training - all you need are some old clothes (They WILL go brown) & a strong drinking arm. Getting started is easy and new members are always welcome so why not come along & give it a go?? It's never to late in the year to join as we are not a competition oriented sport! During term time we generally cave every Wednesday afternoon in South Wales and occasionally Mendip in Somerset. There are regular weekend trips to other areas further away (Yorkshire,Derbyshire) as well as Wales and Mendip, when we stay in local 'caving huts'. Trip signup is usually on the Thursday in the Mackintosh pub Cathays |
